Evangelos Efthimiou
Mr Efthimiou founded the company in 2010, with his talents anchored in the identification, funding and acquisition of potential projects, particularly commercial. His journey to the forefront of the world’s leading property market began in his home country of Greece where he spent five years as Development Manager for the country’s largest private development company, Ektasis Development.

During this time, he became well versed in all areas of property development, including the identification of assets, securing of finance and project management. Evan’s a self-confessed people person too, having successfully spearheaded the company’s liaisons with finance, construction and technical teams to maximise assets and form cohesive relationships.

His move to London stems from a desire to make his mark upon the world’s leading property market with ambitious and distinctive developments, increasing demand along the way. His innate ability to read the market and anticipate future trends remains key to the company’s success.

Evan studied for a BSc in Management and Systems before completing an MSc in Corporate Property Strategy and Property Finance at City University London.
